Immigration Laws are designed to protect the society from things that are seen at that particular time as dangerous and that could be a threat towards us. 

Immigration Laws have power to control the immigration that comes in and out of each different country.  Immigration Laws, regarding foreign citizens, is related to nationality law and it varies from country to country.

Certain countries may maintain rather strict laws, which regulate both the right of entry and internal rights, such as the duration of stay and the right to participate in government.  Most countries have laws, which designate a process for naturalization, by which immigrants may become citizens.
